No Shade Co currently ships products to customers within India only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after successful order confirmation and payment, where applicable.

Orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations and orders, subject to courier and service availability.

COD availability may vary depending on the customer's location and order value.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Name
  • House/Flat number
  • Street/locality
  • City
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Valid contact number

No Shade Co is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

Repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or incorrect address information may result in the order being returned to No Shade Co.

6. Delayed Deliveries

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it wherever reasonably possible.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us within **3 days of delivery** in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
