If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We accept available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
7. Shipping
No Shade Co currently ships within India.
The estimated delivery period is generally 3–7 business days, subject to location, courier operations, holidays, weather, force majeure events and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, returns are generally limited to products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
